The week started great, then got wet — too wet! Now I’m waiting on the weather. Still, I have a little to report, so come on and I’ll fill you in on all the details.
My EBay sales went well (thanks). I’ll be posting the remnants later this weekend and will even add some more items, to include armor. If you’re interested, here’s the link. Check it sometime Sunday night or early next week. This stuff has to go, it is cluttering the shop. So make room in your stash and re-locate it for me (hehehe).
I pushed Karl’s new stuff out last week. I am currently working on the last of his masters waiting to be released. Not sure if they’ll be ready by the end of the month, but, if they are, they include new U.S. WW II packing tubes, a U.S.M.C. WWII Jerry can set, the U.S. Half-Track tools and a few more smaller items, such as a Stryker wheel without the tire mounted.
PRODUCTS UNDER DEVELOPMENT
I am back on the Panther and Bergepanther goodies. I apologize, but I needed my summer break. However, I am starting to really warm back up and am ready to get back to work. Watch for a mid-month release. I hope to push out the last of the external storage items I keep promising.
THE WEB SITE
OK, this project is starting to annoy me (and make me disgusted with myself). I am going to figure out exactly how I would like the new page to look and work. Then figure out how to set up the working page my host told me I can create so I can give my helper access to my host page. Once that is done, he can build the new site for me. I think we can even add the product listings to it faster than I thought possible. Once that is done, we’ll go live. After we get the new site live, I will start re-working and updating the entire line. When I get done, things should be much, MUCH easier for you guys.
The rain has all but stopped production. I emailed many of you, but if you placed an order in the last 24-36 hours, you might not have received an email. Anyway, we are not in danger of flooding, so I do not mean to sound like I am complaining. We’re safe, where others are not. But it is just too wet to cast right now. If the forecast holds, I’ll be back to work by Monday and should clear all current orders by the end of next week.
I am feeling much, much better. I am energized again, and actually look forward to getting into the shop every morning. I managed to get some things handled in my personal world that has further relieved the stress I was under. BB goes back to work soon, which — as much as I enjoy her company — will put me back in my normal routine, which is good for the company. I’m even ready to get back on BB’s chores list. So, all-in-all, Joe is good. In fact, I feel better than I have right to feel, and I realize you guys are a big part of the reason for that. You are a blessing: each and every one of you. So,… THANKS! 🙂
THAT IS ALL
Well, that’s all I have for now. So, until next week, stay safe and try to build something (preferably something using TMD resin).
