WELCOME TO THE NEW WEB STORE
Since we make our own molds and pour our own resin, every product we sell is always considered to be 'in stock.'
On very rare occasions, we may run out of resin to pour the products in your purchase, or rubber to replace molds necessary to fill your order. When this happens, it is nearly always the result of shipping delays from our rubber and resin vendors. Should such a delay affect your order, you will be contacted to explain the reason for the delay and to give you an estimate of when we expect to ship your order.
We do include other materials in our products that we do not make in house, but we have never ran out of stock on any of these items in all of the twenty years we have been in business. This is because we keep ample supplies of all such materials in stock and re-order in more than enough time to never worry about them causing trouble filling an order. Still, even if we could no longer purchase these other materials, we could still offer our products without them and allow the individual modeler to source these items, themselves. Thus, our products will always be 'in stock.'
There is only one other reason an item may show as 'out of stock,' and that is because we have listed it as 'out of production.' Usually, this is a temporary situation, as we still have the masters for every product we have ever produced. In most cases, when we think there is no longer a market for one of our products, or we want to re-master it, or we just get tired of making them, we will pull production of that item and list it as 'OOP' on the product listing page. However, if you just have to have something, you can always email and ask for special consideration. It has been known to work, as we have a soft spot in our hearts for our fellow modelers.
