ABOUT TMD

TMD is a small team of modeling friends who work together to produce the best, most accurate and easiest to use 1/35 scale resin products as we can.  

TMD makes high quality, 1/35 scale resin model products to help you detail, add to, correct or convert your 1/35 scale model kits. 

When we started, our owner had absolutely no experience with rubber molds or resin casting.  He asked a friend, Glenn Johnson, who owned Real Space Models, if he would help, and Glenn was kind enough to explain his business to our owner.  Our owner then bought everything necessary to start a resin company and started learning by trial and error.  The rest if history.

TMD was founded in July of 2000.

TMD is located in NW Florida.

TMD actually started on a dare.  Our owner was complaining about the quality of the resin products he used in his own models when one of his buddies told him to either do better or shut his mouth.  So, our owner accepted the challenge and the rest is history.

(Hopefully, we've done better than those companies he was belly-aching about).
