WELCOME TO THE NEW WEB STORE
We have tried to make it as easy as possible to find what you are looking for on our web store. We have included the search function, but this only searched the product title. So, we have titled our products with this in mind. We also put the product number in the title. In addition, we have tried to group our products in as many categories as we could think of that would make sense, but not create an infinite list of categories to scroll through. Finally, we will try to post suggestions for related products in the listing page for every item.
We have tried to make it easy to keep up with news about new TMD items, as well as what is happening behind the scenes at TMD. The easiest way to do this is to follow our TMD blog page. You can find a link to the blog in the upper right corner of the web store HOME page. Just look for and click on the BLOG button. You can also follow us on Face Book and MeWe. Finally, we will be using the FEATURED listings at the top of the web store HOME page to post the newest releases as they become available.
We welcome your email. If you have comments, suggestions or a problem with the web store or a TMD item, just email us and let us know. All we ask is that you give us a few days to get back to you. We try to answer our emails within 48 hours, but this is not always possible. This is not because you are not important to us. It is because the shop is operated by one man, and we place shipping paid orders before all else. We hope you will understand.
If you want to change an order for whatever reason, please email us and explain the changes you wish to make. We will do everything we can to make the changes for you.
Provided we have your email address, when we ship your order, we will send you an email from Stamps.com. This email will confirm shipping as well as provide you with the tracking information for your order. In addition to this, we enter the tracking number into our shopping cart system. You should be able to go to your order history under your account and track your orders there, as well.
We seldom have a request to return an order but, if you are unhappy with your TMD purchase, just email us and let us know and we will figure out how to keep you happy with us.
If your order contains broken, poorly cast or missing parts, please don't get upset with us. We will happily send you what you need. Just email us and tell us what we need to send. That's all we ask.
TMD has always stood behind its product, so, if you ever break, lose or otherwise bugger up a part or two, just email us and let us know what you need. We'll get it off in the mail straight away -- no questions asked.
In order to keep our costs down, and to allow for larger, more detailed instruction sheets, many of the instruction sheets for our products are posted on line. At the moment, we are still working to upload them, but this process should soon be finished. After that time, you will be able to find the instruction sheets on the product listing page, as well as in the 'PRODUCTS' button at the top right of the web store.
